Recognized as one of the top “100 Women Entrepreneurs in Atlanta”, acclaimed author, speaker, entrepreneur and international protocol and image consultant, Dr. April Ripley is the founder and CEO of The Premiere Image, Inc., a company devoted to creating exceptional people and companies, specializes in etiquette and protocol instruction for today’s ever-changing world.

Dr. Ripley has been sought after for advice and counsel by government officials, corporations, entrepreneurs, universities, schools, non-profit organizations, global initiative organizers, community leaders, celebrities, and more, across six continents. She works with several local and international service organizations and initiatives, and serves on the board of several for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Driven to share her insights for exceptional living with a broader audience, Dr. Ripley has written several books and made multiple television, radio and conference appearances, that have cultivated a growing social media following.

She earned a business degree, and certifications in project management and Sherpa Executive Coaching from the University of Georgia, and also earned a Masters in the Study of Law from the University of Georgia Law School. She is certified as an Intercultural Etiquette and Protocol Trainer by The Protocol School of Washington. Dr. Ripley successfully completed Harvard University’s Law School’s Program on Negotiation and Leadership, and What You Can Learn from the World of Diplomacy. She earned the Public Leadership Credential from Harvard University’s Kennedy School, and is a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker. Dr. Ripley received the degree of Masters of Ministry and Diplomacy, and was conferred honorary doctorate of humane letters by the C.I.C.A. University & Seminary.

She is a member of the Protocol & Diplomacy International-Protocol Officers Association (PDI-POA), the Atlanta Council of International Relations, the World Affairs Council of Atlanta, and serves as Vice-President for the Georgia Council for International Visitors’ International Women’s Associates.

Dr. Ripley serves as an Executive Trustee of the International Third World Leadership Association (ITWLA), founded by the late Dr. Myles Munroe. She holds diplomatic status with the United Nations through Word of Life Ministries International (WOLMI), a non-governmental organization in special status with the United Nation’s Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), and was honored for her expertise in international protocol and recognized as Her Excellency Doctor April Ripley, CDKA, COIE, Ambassador-At-Large. In 2018, she was appointed to the United Nations in Geneva as the Main Representative for Word of Life Ministries International. In 2020, H.E. Dr. Ripley was appointed as the Director General of International Affairs and Chief of Protocol for WOLMI’s International Consulting Cabinet (WOLMI- I.C.C.), and was made a UN Peace Ambassador for the organization. In 2021, she received the United States’ President’s Lifetime Achievement Award, under the signature of United States’ President Joseph R. Biden.

Developing and training world leaders to be global agents of change is in Dr. Ripley’s DNA. Her investment in creating a blueprint for life enhancement with time-tested principles has increased her sphere of influence worldwide.
